When You Want to Shape the Story Yourself
There are two kinds of bedtime-story nights.
Some nights you just need one, fast — that's what Spark is for, a tap and a finished story in about a minute. But some nights you have something specific in mind. The big move to the new house. The lost tooth. The trip to Grandma's this weekend. Those nights you don't want a surprise; you want to steer.
Guided mode: you drive, it does the work
Guided mode walks you through a few simple questions — who it's about, what happens, how you want it to feel — and turns your answers into a real story: an outline you can glance at, then a fully written and illustrated book starring your family.
It's the middle path. More say than Spark, where you hand over the wheel. Less blank-page dread than starting from nothing, because you're never staring at an empty box wondering what to write — you're just answering questions about your own kid and your own week.
Three ways in, one bedtime
Between the three, there's a mode for every night. Spark when you need a story right now. Guided when you have one in mind and want to shape it. An Expert Arc when you're working through something specific — a fear, a big feeling, a milestone — and want a proven story shape to hold it.
Same family in all of them. Same faces on the page. Different amounts of you in the driver's seat.
How it works
From your dashboard, choose Guided, answer the handful of questions, glance at the outline, and let it build. Adjust anything you like before it's final — and remember you can always revise a single page after.
You bring the story that's actually in your head tonight. The app handles turning it into a book.
